The report of Awonder’s 2015-2017 development planning meeting
Dr. Tang analyzed Awonder's strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats and made a three-year company development plan. He planned to establish the research platform, the manufacturing platform, the technical application platform and the sales platform within Awonder Pharm. Dr.Tang is the CEO of Awonder Pharm and is responsible for the company’s overall operations. Headvocated the corporate culture of fairness, dedication, innovation and accomplishment. He encouraged employees to become experts in their respective specialties. He said the company will help everyone to clarify their career path through various channels.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Tang encouraged everyone to take opportunities to work hard and learn continuously. He believed that with attentive and active participation,everyone will accomplish their career goals.
